Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the development and deployment of machine learning models, including but not limited to predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning, to solve real-world problems. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in the field of AI, creativity, and business acumen to translate cutting-edge technologies into actionable, value-add solutions for our business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to address key business challenges.
• Collect, process, and clean data from disparate sources for analysis and modeling.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to understand patterns and establish correlations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand needs and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML technology and methodology, incorporating new techniques and best practices into internal processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and iterate to enhance performance.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and the results of analyses with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
• Document model development, validation, and implementation processes and results.
• Contribute to creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in our AI practices.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another relevant language, including familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Deep understanding of statistical theory and its applications to AI and machine learning.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in applying AI to solve complex challenges.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
