Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer at MetaLumna, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions that drive our strategic goals. This includes creating and optimizing algorithms, developing advanced predictive models, and working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into our products and services. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights and automating processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI systems and models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and effective.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transform data science prototypes into production-grade AI solutions.
• Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing and new platforms.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Assist in defining AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technical objectives with business goals.
• Ensure the integrity and privacy of data utilized in AI models, adhering to ethical AI practices and compliance regulations.
• Document AI processes, models, and applications for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, including experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven track record of working within interdisciplinary teams.
